A healthy and sustainable weeknight meal that will taste and feel special without a fuss.  The wild rice is whole grain wild rice, the recipe is simple yet delicious and printed right on the packaging if you buy the Royal brand linked above.  I usually substitute vegetable or chicken stock in place of the water for added flavor.  You could also add herbs to freshen up the flavor too…thyme would be a great compliment to the salmon dish.
